EA is currently testing customisation loading in the Public Test Environment (PTE).
That means that other players are able to see your clothing. In the normal game that feature is not available so far, but it will come soon as it is in testing right now. Head over to http://pte.battlefield.play4free.com/ to test out that awsome feature. We are working on a video!
